About the role
Join a fast-growing software team helping field organizations modernize how they manage customer acquisition, territory performance, and local team operations. In this role, you will own full-cycle sales conversations with growth-stage companies and help operators understand how better systems can support their next stage of scale.
What you will do
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of growth-stage opportunities across inbound and outbound channels.
- Run discovery, product conversations, pricing discussions, and closing steps with founders and talent leaders.
- Build outbound campaigns for promising venture-backed accounts in the Americas East region.
- Partner with teammates to improve messaging, qualification, and handoff quality.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
- Strong organization and comfort managing 15 or more active opportunities at once.
- Clear written communication and thoughtful listening during customer conversations.
- Experience sourcing meetings through outbound prospecting.
- Curiosity, speed, and a desire to become an expert in the market you sell into.
Compensation and benefits
The target cash compensation range for this type of role is $120K to $165K, with equity and commission eligibility. Benefits include flexible time off, paid family leave, healthcare coverage, home-office support, and a monthly learning budget.
